Luckily, the whales don't mind whether it's raining or shining - and today was a great day on the water! We had beautiful encounters with multiple groups of Bigg's killer whales, and spotted many hungry humpbacks lunge feeding around the Juan de Fuca Strait. The humpbacks are busy feeding, putting on as much weight as they can before their big migration south this winter! Later we visited Race Rocks Ecological Reserve and watched harbour seals, California sea lions, and Steller sea lions lounging on the rocks.
