Wow, what an outstanding two months we’ve had! Your support has far exceeded our expectations in these uncertain times. In true Canadian spirit, you took “support local” to heart and you ran with it!
To everyone—and especially our supporters in the Victoria region—thank you so much!
For those of you who were out on a tour with us in July and August, we hope we delivered to you an experience of a lifetime. Because that’s what we passionately love to do—share the wildlife wonders of the Salish Sea with you.
And that’s what we’re continuing to do as we head into the fall. Wildlife sightings can be exceptional at this time of year. We can see multiple types of whales, seals, sea lions, eagles, sea otters, migrating seabirds, the list goes on!
As always, we’re fully committed to your health and safety. Our policies and protocols continue to be guided by the advice of public health authorities, WorkSafe BC and Transport Canada.
Our extensive safety measures—lauded by our guests for their thoroughness—remain in place to help keep you safe. Contact-free check-in. Caps on guest numbers per vessel. A dedicated safety coordinator on each vessel (exclusive to our company!). Enhanced cleaning protocols. Multiple hand sanitizer stations. And friendly reminders to socially distance where possible.
We also insist on face coverings. They’re mandatory for everyone—our staff included—from the moment you check in until you return back to our office after your tour. It’s an operational requirement based on recommendations from WorkSafe BC and is not negotiable. Bring your own. Or we’re happy to provide free face coverings at check-in!
Can’t commit to wear a face covering? Then we suggest you wait until the pandemic is over to book a tour. Yes, we’re that serious about protecting our guests, ourselves and our business!

As a further way of saying thank you, we’re continuing to offer a 30% discount for residents of the 13 municipalities within the Greater Victoria region AND a 20% discount for other residents of Canada! Get your promo code here.
Give yourselves an unforgettable treat this fall. Come out with us and meet the locals—the finned, furred and feathered kind!
