Our sturdy 38' Cobra Catamaran & 60' custom built aluminum deep V-hull vessels both undergo rigorous annual government safety inspections. Goldwing & Eaglewing and their fully qualified professional captains and crew are all Transport Canada certified.

Environmentally Friendly

We are very proud to offer our guests the most environmentally friendly whale watching vessels on the waters around Victoria BC. Eagle Wing Tours’ commitment to the environment is comprehensive and extends to our shoreside operations as well.

• We are the only company to self-implement a comprehensive environmental program (Go Green) that includes a plan to reduce our carbon footprint and become a carbon neutral company.
  
• We also support and follow an extensive set of rules & regulations which helps us to minimize our impact on the wildlife as we view them in their habitat.
• Our engines are the only ones that exceed the EPA regulations, the California 3 star rating, and meet the EU (European Union) and Kyoto Accords for emission/pollution standards. The EU and Kyoto Accords have the strictest emission standards (pollution) in the world!

Our Whale Tour Boats have...

• a smoother & more comfortable ride in choppy sea conditions.
• guaranteed washroom facilities
• an underwater sound system, not all boats have hydrophones
• optional 2 piece waterproof outfits for comfort in all weather situations, (zodiacs have the mandatory and very uncomfortable 1 piece water resistant suit. It's like wearing ski suit on a summer's day!)

• longer tours, (3.5 hours) are more comprehensive than a 2.5 - 3 hour trip.
